Refund and return policy

1. Who We Are

Nevemind and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors - (collectively, “Nevemind”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a technological startup that provides Software for users to intelligently manage, collect and process their personal and professional data. We are based in Oslo, Norway. Undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the definitions as set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Physical Products, One Time Payments

In order to be eligible for a refund, you need to return your Product and Contact Us within thirty (30) calendar days of you receiving the Product. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your Product. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable. The Product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it in, and undamaged in any way. The Product must also be in its original packaging. Upon its reception by us, we will inspect the returned Product. If you are eligible for a refund, please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to process your refund with the original payment method provided.


Should any of these Terms not be satisfied, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Software Products and Services, One Time Payments

In order to be eligible for a refund, you need to Contact Us within thirty (30) calendar days of you being granted access to the Product and/or Service to initiate the refund process. You will be responsible for uninstalling any software subject to the refund process. We reserve the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded Products and/or Services. If you are eligible for a refund, please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to process your refund with the original payment method provided.


Should any of these Terms not be satisfied, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Software Products and Services, Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds for Subscriptions. A Subscription can, however, be canceled at any time in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Successfully doing so will be interpreted by us as a successful return.

5. Bundles

Some of our Products and/or Services may be offered as part of a Bundle. In such cases, every Product and/or Service associated with a purchased Bundle will need to be returned for you to be eligible for a refund. Bundles cannot be partially returned or refunded. Each individual Product or Service offered in a Bundle will be subject to its own Refund & Return Policy. Each individual Product or Service offered in a Bundle will be subject to its own Terms and Conditions.

Should any of these Terms not be satisfied, you will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Unsolicited Returns

If you are not eligible for a refund, partially or fully returning a Bundle, Product and/or Service is considered an Unsolicited Return. If you send us an Unsolicited Return, you agree as follows:

  1. We are under no obligation to evaluate, review, or address any Unsolicited Return.
  2. We are under no obligations to refund an Unsolicited Return.
  3. We are under no obligation to return to you any items associated with an Unsolicited Return.

7. Exceptions

There may be circumstances were exceptional refund conditions apply. These may contain extensions and/or limitations to our Refund & Return Policy and always take precedence over them. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for any such cases.
